| GRANITEXT is a filler
system of colored natural minerals and other proprietary compounds,
used as an alternative to cultured marble. This filler substitutes
calcium carbonate in order to produce a truly authentic granite
appearance in cast polymer applications. |

| GRANITEXT is used
in gravity casting procedures. A clear gel coat may be applied
in the mold prior to casting, especially in case the final products
are exposed continuously to water. |

| GRANITEXT is a one
bag mix in powder form and the only ingredients that need to
be added are resin, catalyst and accelerator. The casting procedure
is similar to the cultured marble one. GRANITEXT is also available
in concentrated form (blend of granules without powder). In
this case a calcium carbonate powder, finer than 80 microns,
is added at a percentage of 30-35 % in order the filler system
to be completed. |

| RESIN REQUIREMENT |

| A standard marble resin can be used with a viscosity
approx. 1000 cp. A fast gel time is recommended for better results. |

in paper bags 25 kg each, 60 bags per pallet. Custom color minimum
quantity is 3000 kg. |
